Lemon Ready Made Sponge Cake

Luscious lemon cakes, individually boxed and ready for you to decorate. Good to eat for five weeks from baking. 

●  Our Lemon Sponge Cake has a 5 week shelf life from baking - store in a cool, dark place

●  This cake can be frozen for up to 3 months

●  Cakes can be semi frozen prior to decorating to avoid excess cake crumbs

●  Square cakes are all sold as 2 layers in a box. Each layer is approx 1.25" deep so two layers together will make a standard depth celebration cake (2.5" in total)

●  Round cakes are baked individually in one layer, approx 2.5" deep, and are ready for you to split into 2 or 3 layers as you wish

●  Round cakes are baked in a tin of the size advertised - slight shrinkage may occur during baking.

●  Order cakes to arrive 1 week before starting decoration to ensure you have them in good time!

Ingredients: Sugar, Wheat Flour, Egg, Vegetable Oil (Palm and Rape, Emulsifier E471), Water, Skimmed Milk powder, Glycerine, Raising Agent E450a (Sodium Bicarbonate), Salt, Natural Lemon Flavour, Emulsifier E415, Preservative E202, Vanilla flavour, Emulsifier: Soy Lecithin.
