Creamy and light, our ready to use filling cream is a frosting style product, ideal for filling and crumb coating celebration cakes and using to pipe a topping on cupcakes.
The Vanilla flavour is bright white in colour and can be coloured using food colouring pastes, you can also add other flavourings to make your own flavoured filling.
should keep well in the fridge for at least 10 weeks, and also freezes very well for up to 9 months. Remove from the fridge at least 1hr before use.
